Vesper North has an MA in English, an MFA in creative writing, and an MFA in screenwriting from Chapman University.  Their fiction and poetry has been published in a variety of journals and has done several book reviews for the Los Angeles Review of Books.  Vesper has done extensive research in the areas of fairy tales, cultural studies, trauma studies, health humanities, and history, mainly WWII.  They currently teach at Orange County School of the Arts.
